Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) offers benefits for both men and women by correcting hormonal imbalances, which can improve energy, mood, sleep, and bone health. For women, estrogen and progesterone help alleviate menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and improve vaginal dryness, while also reducing the risk of osteoporosis. For men, HRT can help improve mood, libido, and combat fatigue, ultimately improving overall quality of life
